Gordon has built and sold multiple successful businesses over the last 20 years. When he started he was young, free and single - and time wasn't an issue.
But now he is married with 2 boys and a dog - so he's had to balance his priorities and has learnt the hard way about how to successfully share his time across his family, his businesses and himself.
In 2018 he sold his global software business but stayed on as a Senior Exec. His time became even more stretched as he now had larger shareholders to appease.
In 2020 he realised that he wasn't the only dad who was struggling for time management. He exited the business to study and research why people end up in these situations.
The result was the formation of Dads Mean Business and we now support dads all over the world to spend more time with their families without feeling that they need to steal time from their business in order to achieve it.
Gordon has developed our Balanced Business Blueprint and we use it as the basis for all of our coaching and mentoring programmes.
